What are Tapas?

Eaten and enjoyed by 40 million Spaniards, tapas can best be described as small plates of food to be enjoyed with a glass of wine. Diners order as many different dishes or plates as they want, giving them the chance to order a variety of foods and flavours – playing to Hong Kong’s love of sharing food.

To complement the food at TAPEO will be a number of Spanish wine varieties and different sherries from the region, all available by the glass. This allows diners the freedom to mix and match their wine to suit the flavours of the different dishes.
